Rigging
Ketch Yawl, Selden aluminium mast, mizzen and boom, 2 spinnaker poles, 2 Furlex roller-furling units, stainless steel standing rigging. Rig was replaced with new Selden rig not long before she was taken out of the water for refurbishment.
Sails
Total: 6 - 2 Stack-packs; Main with lazy-jacks and Mizzen, roller-furling Genoa, Staysail, Storm jib. All sails have recently been taken for a full service and check-up - all in good condition.
Winches
Total: 8 - Make: Lewmar. 2 x No.58 Self-tailing Primaries, 2 x No.44 Secondaries, 3 Mast and 1 Mizzen. 2 Winch handles.
Engine
45hp Marinized Toyota engine, 100L diesel storage in 2 steel tanks, 6 batteries, 3-blade fixed prop. There is an allocated area for a larger plastic type of tank to increase fuel storage.
Steering
Pedestal wheel cable steering, emergency tiller, Raymarine autopilot. Steering pedestal has a beautiful Teak surround which will house plotter and instruments.
Electrics
Icom VHF, Kenwood SSB, Raymarine 9 inch GPS chart plotter with WiFi, Raymarine; echo sounder, log and wind instruments, binnacle compass, Victron battery management system, Victron 220V inverter with 70Amp charger/Combi, shore power connection and cable, clock, barometer, music system, AIS. Remarks
An absolutely stunning classic sailing vessel which has been passionately refurbished over the past 11 years with no expense spared. She was fully stripped to a bare hull, sandblasted, new paint system inside and outside, new wiring and new plumbing was done. A Russian master carpenter was used to refit the interior using solid Teak, Cherry and Holly woods. New Lewmar opening portlights throughout as well as all other equipment being replaced during the rebuild i.e. bilge pumps, electrics, lighting, cooker etc. She has beautiful classic lines with a Teak cockpit and Teak on steel decks. The exterior Teak has all been replaced with new and bonded with Sika products (no screws), at the same time she was fitted with 2 watertight forward crash bulkheads. A head turning van De Stadt classic Ketch Yawl which will be relaunched in July 2017. Owner is keen to sell and realistic offers will be considered.
